The only one that can help you is the local dealer himself!
Go there and ask for a new one under the warranty ;)

Are you real sure it is rust? The end of the tailpipe gets very hot, and dirt gets burned there. It looks dark, similar to rust, but it is not.
Could be that way. Could be rust, but this would be extraordinary. So, see above, pay a visit to your local dealer!

I am pretty sure it is just exhaust and dirt that gets a rusty color:) I belive the tailpipe is aluminium so it dont rusts:icon_thumleft: Try with some autosol and a old microfiber cloth:icon_thumleft: Or any other metal polish:) If it is not enough with the microfiber cloth you can try steelwool, but be carefull so you dont scratch it too badly:icon_thumleft:

I've got exactly the same problem, but due to shift work I've not had the chance to check it out thoroughly. I'll be taking a closer look at it tomorrow afternoon, I'll update things after that!

Mine is still quite shiny after almost two years. All it takes is a good clean everytime I wash the car, but it does get dirty pretty fast.

Further to my post from yesterday -- it seems to be mainly road crud. A quick wash with soapy water removed most of it although the stubborn bits will need a little more attention!

Thanks for asking Thomas, very sunny...! Needed to use the sunglasses a lot, if you know what I mean!;):D We had really great time and i have to say I really liked Miami beach. Took quite a lot of pictures too, mainly of the amazing cars like Ferraris, Maseratis, Aston-Martins and the avesome american muscle cars like the new Camaro and the Challenger! Pics will follow as soon as I have the time to load them.

Sorry about off topic... We thought about it but desided not to this time. We stayed most of the time on Miami Beach and used our feet to get around. It was bit of an excercise, but you just see so much more while walking around.
Strangely there where Norwegian flags all around SoBe!!! Didnt know about this label of clothing called "Napapijri" that has the flag in its logo! And these clothes seemed to be highly fashionable there at the moment!lol By the way, Napapijri is spelled almost like finnish word "napapiiri", which means "arctic circle". Is this a Norwegian brand using a finnish word in its logo?

I remember seeing the "napapirji" brand in Milano last summer also. To be honest I dont think it has something to do with Norway at all, since theire HQ is in Switzerland( thanks googlelol ) And Napapirji is not a norwegian word, so I guess they have just taken the flag as a logo and found the finish word for arctic circle and put it together:eek: I see on theire website that they use norwegian polar historic persons etc... But the brand dont seem to be availeble here in Norway. At least I cant find a official import companylol A fraud IMOlol
Go to the keys next time Ville:icon_thumleft:
Sorry for the :OFFTOPIC: and back to rusty tailpipeslol
