My home city has just got these "street view" images on Google Earth and I managed to spot my own car from them!:cool: I think this is something really cool!!! Has anyone else done the same thing?

Just make a Screenshot! Freeze the screen with <print> and paste it into your picture editing program.

Here's some screenshot from Katwijk aan Zee (NL), where I'm going to spend my next weekend. It will look a little different. The google car was there in summer.

Come on, it's a real nice looking house! What I like even more: you live as I love to spend my vacations. On one side very close to the fjord, on the other side close to the big city. GREAT! :icon_thumleft:

Thanks Peter:icon_thumleft: I have only a few minutes walk to the fjord, but I have about 20-25minutes drive to the closest town and about an hour to Oslo:) It is truly a great place if it had not been for these cold winters:(
But very nice in the summer, with a lot of cottages used by people who lives in Oslo. We even have a hotel, a caravansite and a small grocery storelol

Google Street View has not been here yet, and there is a lot of resistance because of privacy. So my car can't be in Street View.

I was walking to class one day and I saw the Google street view trike. And I wondered If I was going to be on street view. Then later that day I ditched a class and was talking to a friend, and saw it. We then walked and grabbed a snack, and saw it one more time. We thought it was following us. lol

This picture must have been taken in June 2009 just after we moved in to our new house! My car is parked on my neighbours drive (they hadn't moved in yet). My house is the 5th one up in the long row (grey roof) opposite the partially built houses.

Sadly google haven't done Brighton with the streetmap view yet, however in our old house normal google maps got my brother's old mod'ed saxo (can't see it very well though but it's the car to the left of the A symbol) lol
