Random question, but I'm starting to think about what features I hope the U.S. 500 Abarth will come with. Do the European models come with a form of advance keyless entry? My Genesis Coupe and Suzuki SX4 both have it and I basically can't live without that feature. Also, the Abarth models come with mostly every feature you can get on the regular 500 correct? The wait until official word on features/pricing/ordering is killing me. :(

No keyless entry available for the 500 at the moment. That would be a nice feature tho!

In US some times call as keyless entry the remote entry, my Challenger SRT8 came with keyless entry and keyless go but the only correct on this by the European standards was the Keyless go, because you have to press the button on the remote multifunction key in order to open the car's door.
So, the 500 have a remote entry with a multifunction key but no keyless go as of today.

Lefty... It is very interesting to see the differences in terminoligy.
I am well aware of what the term "Keyless Entry" means, but... what is "Keyless Go"?
I would imagine it's just a push buttom start, and the "key" just needs to be within a certain redius of the vehicle for the start button to work?
I'm not a big fan of that. It's kinda creepy really. I just know I would hop in the car and not realize I don't have my keys until I try to push the start button, and it doesn't worklol

You are correct, Keyless Go is just a push button start, and the "key" just needs to be within a certain redius of the vehicle for the start button to work, it works perfect on my Challenger but you always have the option to use the key like any other vehicle if something go wrong! :)

That is VERY cool!
I am extremely envious of your Abarth AND your Challenger... You truly have the best of both worlds:icon_thumright:
