Has anyone got any experience with a paint sealing system called Perma Shine? I am considering this on my 500, because it is so difficult to keep clean. Specially the rear end gets dirty as soon as you start driving with it:eek:

I think mudflaps will help a bit. I have considered fitting them also, but are not sure how good it will look:confused: Why they get so dirty I dont know, maybe it has got something with its aerodynamics???

Well when a car cuts througth the air, it creates an area of low pressure behind it. This causes higher pressure air from else where (including the "dirty air" containing the dirt) to move in to equalise the pressure difference. This causes the dirt to be sucked onto the boot. Thats all I can think of, Im better at Aircraft Fluid Dyanmics than automotive ones.

Forget these "wonder sealants" they are overpriced & RUBBISH.
I'd suggest 3 layers of Zaino sealant - Z2 for a light car, Z5 for a dark car.
It lasts up to six months between application & shines like nothing on earth.
