In the beginning (my 500 arrived in february) I was so happy about it that I often drove around only for fun. In spring and summer I had to do 130km every day for going to work... and I made two trips to Germany with my car...

I bought this car for using it, not only for watching ist... ;) But this year I will make less km, now I live only 5km from the office, not 65...

Did you not get the warning who says "Danger! Ice on the road" either? It usually comes on under 3-4C....

It took a while but the engine was running, it did not want to start, had the software upgrade after that so the little icon might be there now ;)

This is freaky... got in the car today and the snowflake symbol was on the speedo and it said 2C.... Now this is a little odd as it's 29C outside at the moment :eek:

I pulled over and grabbed my camera and it jumped to 29C

Hmmmm.....This has never happend to melollol Maybe it was the second number who got overheated and didnt work for a sec....lolOr as you wrote earlier that a temp sensor is close to the ac which froze.

I absolutely love the way the speedo and tachometer are built in to each other like that.

I guess I could post pics of my SRT-4s set up, if that would strike anyone's fancy.

Oh, and that "magical moment" when the two needles synchronize might be when the ratios are 1:1 for that gear.

It happens in fourth gear for some cars.:icon_thumright:

My 500 is 1 year and 4 months old and I'm very happy of having bought it. I love it and every day I like it more and the diesel engine runs more, and faster and "drinks" less.:p 4,9 l/100 driving in the city and around 3,5 - 3,8 l/100 driving in the motorway.

This week I will be doing 30.000 kms.

Like the 500 TV advert was saying: "Every day is a masterpiece".

Wow... 1 year, 4 months and barely 30,000 kms!

Really tells you how much more, on average, we drive here.

My daily commute is about 41 miles, or almost 68 kms!

It only takes about 30 minutes because it's mostly freeway (motorway) so 65-75 mph.

Here in the states, that's about average commute time...Needless to say, after one year, I'll have much more that 30,000 kms (18,641 miles) on my 500lol
