Glass roof blind problems in cold weather

My roof blind sticks when I open it in cold weather.It is like the roller is not rotating correctly,the blind only opens part of the way then it goes back very slowly. Sometimes the fabric sags. Has anybody else experienced this?

The first 500 arrived to Spain in 2007 had this problem and the people with this problem went to the dealers and the piece was changed in warranty. But I only heard it with the first units.

I also have this problem from time to time, the most annoying part is that when the roof blind is closed it doesent always look tight enough. It gets some folds along the sides:(
