Well I think maybe caravans are more usual in the northern parts of Europe.
From the Netherlands and up:D In the summertime the roads are full of caravans herelol . Of many nationalitys.... And they are only getting bigger and bigger each year:eek: But when you got kids its a great way of life to go on trips with a caravan. Most caravan sites have become like an outside luxury hotel(you just bring your room:D), with playgrounds, pools, beaches, resturants, shops etc... And when the kids is put to bed at night you just relax in the caravan tent with an barbecue and nice neighboursbiggrin2
But I understand that people prefere hotels:)

Now this is what I call a caravan ! My mate has one similar and it would suit you Lefteris as it is a hotel on wheels.... this one costs £25,000

At least there was a brief appearance of an Exige in the TG video lol
Caravans have a bad image here as well, a bunch of gray nomads roaming the country doing 60kph in 110 zones :icon_rolleyes:

The thing with caravans in the UK, the tow cars used are pathetic little petrol cars that just dont have the torque to pull the caravan at a reasonable speed, which makes them drive at 30 in a 60 zone, and cause a 1 mile tail back to form behind them lol

Exactly like my Astra!!!! 1,4litres and 90hp......Not a lean mean speeding machine with the caravan attachedlollol But when you are on vaccation you have a lot of time:icon_thumleft: And I really dont care about the cars behind me if I should loose some km/h in a uphill. If that makes them mad, so be it. Not my problemlol It is the same thing if you drive behind a heavy truck....BUT I do not take my Astra and caravan to the mountains, the engine is too dmall for that:mad: Highway is just about OK:icon_thumleft:
