Hi everyone:

I am trying to find out about the features of the add on navigation system for the Abarth but as for most of the maybe sooner or later available accessories there is no real paper copy of the features of the system existing.

Apparently the device can be used when driving on race tracks, displaying and recording car related info as well as loop times.
What I am looking for is, if there are POI's on the navigation system, mainly POI's indicating those flashing boxes that are spoiling the nature along the streets and highways all across Europe.
Is there a way to add these POI's?
The navigation forums most often even don't show any Magneti Marelli systems so there is no help from that side.

The dealer couldn't give me this info either.

I have never seen such a messy launch of a vehicle than this one.
Cars are available but no printed prospectus.
Dealers have some internet pictures of the accessories but not the prices of all of them.
The car configurator program for the Abarth wasn't working when I ordered my car about 4 weeks ago and I doubt that it works now.
From day to day even the dealer learns about new things and features of the stuff he sells and that get delivered to him on a random system.

Maybe this is handled differently in other countries, well, I hope so.:(

If someone has more details or experiences on the navigation system I would be happy to hear it.:icon_thumleft:

Thanks a lot.

Welcome to the Italian way.. lol
Why do you think they don't have any dealers at USA...
When I order (brand new) my first Alfa spider 10 years ago, things was the same as now, we, as customers, knew more about the car then the dealers... looks like they will never learn....

I work since 20 years in automotive business and I thought that I have seen about everything possible and impossible but this tops it all.lol

......the Abarth entourage believe that they are talking to the inhabitants of a jungle somewhere on the planet Zorg that have never bought a motorcar before. That has probably inspired Lefteris's avatar... .
