Weather is an odd thing, just woke up to sad news here.
Massive bush fires and temps in the high 40's in the southern parts of Australia, over 700 homes destroyed and 110 people dead :(

I heard about this:(:( Such a tragedy. You for sure have some strange weather down under these days too... Lets hope for some rain in those parts of Australia so the fires can die out.

Amongst the gloom and doom this video came out today.
For those of you who don't know Koala bears (probably all of you) lol in the wild if you pick one up it will attack you and tear your to bits. They look cute but normally they are not, this one was obviously in shock

It is a sad, sad story and a tragedy the whole bushfire dissaster. Is things getting better downunder now? Heard about a five year old the other day who were taken by a crocodile:eek::eek: Glad we dont have them here in Norway.....

It is certainly very upsetting that so many people and animals have suffered (and will suffer for years) so unnecessarily. Full praise goes to the fire fighters, volunteers and emergency services. Damn the person(s) who started this.
Such a different story to that of the UK. Now the snow is thawing it is causing flooding. Property is being destroyed, not by fire, but water.

I know, but some times I think that we have to start doing it again to people like this one and for some other ones that ''play'' with kids....

I believe a person who deliberately commits an act which causes death (or 'kiddie fiddlers) should be stripped of all their 'human rights and be hanged. I cannot even imagine what it must be like for those who have lost (or mentally scarred) to know that the culprit is still alive.
