Whats with this random rep power stuff??? What does it mean, im confused they were all like around 10, and now people have got them in the 70's!!! Are they ment to be so high?

I have make some changes o the way it works

Before
For every 10 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
Now
For every 1 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

Before
How many reputation points does an administrator give or take away with each click? = 10
Now
How many reputation points does an administrator give or take away with each click? = 1

Ahhhh I get it, if you look at the top of someones post, there is like a white scale icon, if you click it you give the person some rep for that post.
