I had oil and filter changed yesterday at 9650 km. Of course I got the mechanic to use my Selenia Abarth oil :) The esseesse has 10k oil change intervals...
Changed to winterwheels on saturday :( Always a downtrip to change from 16" to 15" wheels :(
I am already on winterwheels :)

My car is going in for it's 60000km service tomorrow:) I am glad that It only has got to be done every 30000km or once a year:icon_thumleft: I have also told the Fiat garage that my steeringwheel is turning ugly:( Looks like the leather is shrinking... They ordered a new steeringwheel for me :) I also told them about my heated mirror on the passengerside which dosent work, the rust in the tailgate again and the bad idling problem which they as always have never heard about:(.

Last week we went to Universal's Port Aventura Amusement Park sited in the south of Barcelona. I loved the "Furius Baco2 roller coaster, It took 135 km/h in 3 seconds. Amazing.

Had my M Coupe washed and waxed before putting it to bed for the winter. Tomorrow the 500 gets snow tires and we'll see how it handles a Chicago winter... :)

It wont become a problem with the 500 during the winter, if it handles scandinavian winters, I am quite sure it handles the Chicago winter alsolol Just enjoy it anf give us some feedback on how the heater is during those coldest days:p

Here“s a couple of retro themed photos of a retro themed car during a waxing exercise yesterday. I must say it does make you feel good when you have just finished washing and waxing and you get to drive around in a really shiny car!!

Picked the car up at the dealership after they have changed both heated mirrors, changed steeringwheel, fixed rust in tailgate and tightend some bolts on the wishbone which made a knocking sound :) So far so good, then I drove to a grocery store 500meters away and what happends........Some dizzy lady opened her side door without holding it and it hit my 500:mad: Making a couple of scratches and a small dent on my side protection list:( I watched it happend as I came out of the store and even then she denied that she did it:mad: I photographed the cars and damage at once and she called her husband:eek: But he was the friendliest guy ever and said they would fix it without involving the insurance so he made a phonecall to a friend of his which runs a garage and we drove there and agreed on me leaving the car with them next monday so they could fix it :icon_thumleft:

I just hate when that happens! This is why I ALWAYS park my car to the furthest corner of the markets parking lot! I dont mind walking a couple of hundred meters as long as my car is (relatively) safe!

From last Friday to Monday (Easter holidays) we were going 4 people and our luggages with the 500, but we didn't have enough space in the trunk and we took an old Peugeot 206 1.9 diesel without turbo (imagine what happened when driving a mountain).
We went to a south-east province of Spain called Almerķa, very known for its desert and the zone where almost all the western films of the 70's and 80's were recorded. We visited one of the studios called "Mini Hollywood" and we saw a show in a typical western village. It was nice but I felt pitty 'cause the decadence of that place. There have passed too many years since the last western film was recorded there, and they are subsisting with stunt shows.
Anyway, I didn't liked at all Almerķa, very windy zone, full of greenhouses all around, where the 70 % of the tomatoes produced are exported to the rest of Europe. The only beatiful zone was "Cabo de Gata Natural Reserve" with some little villages with white houses very similar to Ibiza.
