Has anyone taken the interscope hifi option ? Is it worth the money or best left alone. I asked the dealer but he said he wouldn't be able to let me try one out. My car is still 7-11 weeks away so I still have time to remove it

I have not tried the interscope either, but the sound in the standard 500 is not great, so I wish I had gone for it:(

my parents bought a 1,4 sport without, I bought mine a year later. After extensive use of theirs.. I went for the Interscope because I felt that the standard system did sound to "Flat and Dull" I Havent regret the extra expence. It sounds FAR better.
Notice; Also remeber that all Audio systems sounds better after some use.

Go for it

I found that turning the "loudness" option on, and adding couple of clicks to the bass setting, made a lot of difference - a much richer sound all round
Not enough of a difference to stop me meddling with aftermarket amps and speakers though! Maybe one day I'll grow up?? lol
