I am useless with computers but found this on another forum....

In theory the installer should remove itself automatically, but I guess this isn't happening. To fix the problem you are seeing, you can remove the install.inf file in the root directory of your USB Key. unquote
I found EcoDrive a challenge, my best score was 80 but don't tend to bother now. It is definitely not for the boy racers !
Let us know how you get on

I never understood eco-drive, I never use it, as I would get a unbelievably low score lol. I drive a Fiat the way a fiat should be driven "You rev and rev it, until the valves start dancing on the bonnet and then change gear." lol

I use it and I did increase my 'score' but got a bit pissed off with the limited amount of information you could actually use.
You can use any USB stick, doesn't need to be a big one and you can also store music or other files on it.
You might like to look at my thread 'Blue&Me Issues' as it is related to EcoDrive and a problem I've experienced.

Biggest issue I had with EcoDrive is that I don't brake hard enough and I get rust on the discs

Good man! If you hit 70 on the motorway and you're still in 3rd, you're doing it right :icon_thumright::icon_thumright:

I have been having a problem getting my USB stick to update after I've completed a journey. It used to say 'Updating' then 'Update completed. Please remove the USB Memory Stick' and then it stopped doing it.
The Fiat dealership lent me one of their sticks and that worked which was confusing but when I checked what folders and files they had I discovered that their stick had different information from my own one.
I got the guy to format my stick and it now has all the information it needs and it works!! Yay!
How much shall I charge them for working out how to fix my own car?

Hi,
ECO what???
Abarth's don't have that.
Well, they don't need it either.lol
I fill it up when it's empty. It's as simple than that.
I don'd want to have the fun on driving it spoiled by trying to save 1 or 2 liters on a tank fill.
I believe if I can't afford that anymore I would consider driving less.
