500 fans 2010 meeting

Hi everyone!

Now, the meeting in 2010. Please can you let me know which of the below dates are the most suitable:

4th June 2010
5th June 2010
6th June 2010
2nd July 2010
3rd July 2010
4th July 2010

I'll sort the venue and everything else once we have a suitable date.

Are we talking a one day meeting or a two days meeting? If one day it is probably best to have it on a saturday, so people from far away can arrive on friday and go home on sunday! If a two day meeting it would probably be best with friday and saturday, so Sunday still could be for going home:icon_thumleft:

Early june will probably be best for me as the common vacation in Norway starts in early july... Easier to get off work when it is not holliday season:)

I regret to inform you that my wife and I will be unable to attend in 2010.:(

Our '500' is about 2 years away here in the States and our 2009 smart Passion, while a nice car, isn't so water-proof that we could float it across the Atlantic.

Maybe in 2012? :p

Has anyone tought of what we should be doing during the meeting? A dinner offcourse on the night! But what else? Cruising in a convoy to some cool place( my suggestion is still the location of heartbeat as it would also suit harry potter fans also, the train station that islol ). Come with suggestions people!!!
