Hey guys. Im brand new on this forum, but so far it's a really cool place to be.
I havent got my 500 yet, but it should be ready next monday (got my fingers crossed). Im really excited about this little car and the days are passing by so slowly :(

First of all we (my girlfriend and I) had a really hard time choosing the colour. We couldn't decide whenever it should be the lovely red, or the new blue. But in the end we went for the red one (mainly because of the red colour was nicer to look at inside together with the ivory interior). And as with all other things in my world I couldn't control myself when it came to the extra's sheet. So here's the list;

2010 Fiat 500 1.2 Lounge in red - with the Start & Stop system.
Automatic climate control.
Interscope Hifi system.
Parking sensor (for the girlfriend :D)
Xenon headlights with washers.
Eletrochromatic dipping rearviewmirror.
Dark tinted rearwindows.
Chrome mirrors.
Side rubbing strip with 500 logo.
Front fog lights.

That's all i think, prolly forgot something ;) (oh yea, the salesman promised me a wireless Fiat 500 mouse in red ofcourse)
I will ofcourse upload some pictures when we get the little sweet car. My GF have even named it Thilde - she says that since it's red it must be a girlcar (wtf?)

What a nice compo you have chosen!:icon_thumleft: A red 500 shows that you and your girlfriend both have good taste!;) Having xenon lights sounds great too, and I didnt know that you can washers for the lights now!

Thank you :) Washers is included when you choose Xenon headlamps as an extra. Also the law here in Denmark demands that washers and autoniveau-regulator is installed with HID :)
So all of the cheap aftermarket HID-kits are illegal for road use.

Welcome to 500fans.com :) I am absolutely sure that you will be very happy with your new car! And Thilde is a nice name;) I use 95octane on mine, or 92 if I use an Jet gas station!

I agree. I was a little bit afraid when I heard that there was going to be washers. I first though that they would be black plastic things sticking out of the front bumber! But those look really good, and the improved lighting power of xenons is a good thing too!!

Ahh, finally got my sweet little red 500. And it's just PERFECT. Everything works, and all the extra's is fitted (I was somehow sure that the dealer had missed something, don't know why thou). Really love the Bi-Xenon headlamps, they're just plain awesome. And the S&S works like a charm - really quick it is. Pictures will come tomorrow! :D

Oh yeah, besides the very cool S&S system we also have a shift indicator. Is that also a 2010 addon? It tells me when to shift the gear either up or down - very nice actually.

Thanks m8, im also really happy that I payed up for those headlamps - worth every penny they are.

As for summer wheels I don't know yet. Think it will be 16" with normal size tire. Don't wanna loose all of the comfort.

In Denmark it's a staggering 16.000 DKR for the Xenon. That's like 1500£ - But actually it's cheap compared to what VW or Mercedes charge for it (but ofcourse it's also alot more expensive cars).

wow, that is 1650 euros that is a lot for any car, especially this days that most of the good cars have them as a standard!

yeah, it's sick. So not many cars have Xenon here in Denmark. We got a 180% tax charge on all cars and optionals :s

Do you know what a new Abarth costs in DK Losty? You have one Abarth dealer dont you? Your prices would probably be comparable to what the prices would be here if they sold them here :)

Im not sure we have a dealer that imports the Abarth. Think that youll have to get it home from Germany.
